days. Upon visiting the property and signing
the purchase contract a 30% down payment is
required, payable over the next 90 days. The
remaining 70% of the purchase price is due

we have researched various financial
institutions and will provide preferred
lender information to our buyers. |

Condominium Owners Association and what is
the fee? |
| Yes, there is a
Condominium Owners Association. The fee is
$250 per month and covers individual use of
water and sewer as well as pool, spa and
common area maintenance. |

What type of parking is available? |
| 24 hour guard-gated
parking will be available for all homeowners
and their guests. Many storage companies are
located in San Carlos for long-term parking
and storage of cars, boats, golf carts, etc. |

| No. Many Mexican
people in San Carlos are bilingual and
particularly those in travel related
