Swaback Partners
 Swaback Partners pllc, inspired by an
uncommon association with Frank Lloyd Wright brings to
Villas Sirenas over 25 years of Architectural and
Community Planning experience. Swaback Partners is
a team of 40 individuals providing services in
hospitality, special case architectural design and
planning, environmental and graphic design, and complete
architectural design and community development services.
The firm was founded in 1978 and currently practices all
around the country.
Vernon Swaback sought to create an Architectural and
Planning practice which would provide individualized
work for demanding clients. From the start, Swaback
Partners set out to build an organization of sufficient
depth to undertake very special projects. The result is
an enviable group of clients including; corporations,
institutions, municipalities, and agencies of the
Federal Government. The experience of the firm has
encompassed public and private institutions including
Arizona State Parks, the Smithsonian Institution, South
Carolina Waterfowl Association, the desert Botanical
Garden in Phoenix, and the Slide Rock Visitors Center in
Sedona, Arizona.
